We Are in New York City!

We made it safely to New York City. Thank you for praying. The snow was coming down hard when we arrived near the city. We thank the Lord for His safety. The folks here have been a blessing. This coming week we will take a tour of the city.

Yesterday Sandra took part in a ladies' conference where about 30 ladies attended. It was a blessing.

Today God has given us meetings an extra meeting in the evening that we did not expect. We are grateful for this.

Upcoming Events

After a good night's rest and some encouraging fellowship with Micheal and Jennifer Holmes and family, we are off to Buffalo for one night. Tomorrow we head towards the New York City area. This weekend Sandra will take part in a ladies retreat helping with the music. Adonis will be preaching for the adult Sunday school service. We will be with this church for the entire week when we will be given the privilege of a tour of New York City! We are all very excited. Next weekend we will be presenting our ministry at the church. Please pray that we can be a blessing to the folks we will be with. It is always our hearts' desire to have God's wisdom to encourage folks as we travel. Thank you for praying!

Our Journey Complete...well, nearly!

Our adventure of getting from BC to our final destination in Ontario is just about complete. We should be back at the Haven House at Harvesters Baptist Camp in about 20 minutes. Thank you so much for praying for us. We did sleep in the van last night. How blessed we are to have this option! The new van definitely makes a huge difference in how the children travel. We cannot thank you enough who have so sacrificially given so we may have such a wonderful vehicle to travel in! Lord willing we will head to Buffalo, NY tomorrow afternoon and then on to Oceanside, NY on Friday. Our friend in Buffalo said the weather is pretty snowy right now. We are praying that will clear up very soon! Thank you once again for praying for us. We know that the relative ease of our journey was because of help from our Lord!

Travel Update

Just wanted to say thanks for praying for us as we travelled today. We were slowed by heavy fog but have arrived safely in Spokane.  Looking forward to another good day of travel tomorrow.

On the Road Again

Thank you to all who have prayed for us.  As many of you know we made an unexpected trip to Vancouver because God gave us a tremendous blessing--a conversion van.  Our heartfelt thanks goes to Vision Baptist Church and it's pastor, Pastor Jim Price, for making this purchase possible.  At a later time I will post pictures of the beautiful vehicle God provided for us.  This week we will be traveling to Oceanside, NY where Sandra will take part in a ladies' conference and we will also be presenting our ministry.  We would appreciate your prayers for a smooth journey as we travel.  Besides the post about the van, we will also publish a post with pictures of all of the wonderful Christmas celebrations Pastor and Mrs. McClain and New Testament Baptist Church of Hamilton, ON made possible for us.  We have been blessed beyond our imaginations!
